What Watt Stalker is
Watt Stalker is a personal, self-hosted home-energy tool operated by Brilliant Sys for a single household. It is not offered as a service to the public, and no one outside that household can sign up or use it.
Connected accounts
Connecting a Google account lets Watt Stalker read Nest thermostat status, as described in the Privacy Policy. Watt Stalker only reads that information; it does not change thermostat settings. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
No warranty
Energy and cost figures are estimates for personal insight only. They may differ from actual usage and from utility bills, and they should not be relied on for billing, safety, or financial decisions. The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
